Important Notice About Automatic Renewals

Progio offers subscriptions that renew automatically. Before purchasing, review the introductory price, introductory period, renewal price, and billing frequency shown at checkout.

To avoid the next charge, cancel before the end of your current introductory period or billing cycle. If you do not cancel in time, your subscription will renew and the price shown at checkout will be charged automatically. Closing your account or stopping use of Progio does not by itself cancel a subscription.

About Progio and Its Operator

Progio is owned and operated by UPLAB SG SOFTWARE PTE. LTD., formerly known as EVERYLAB TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD., a company incorporated in Singapore under Unique Entity Number (UEN) 202509457M, with its registered office at 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422.

Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms govern your use of the Progio website, application, content, and related services, together called the Service. In these Terms, “Progio,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to UPLAB SG SOFTWARE PTE. LTD.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

About the Service

Progio provides educational content, guided learning plans, exercises, AI-assisted tools, and personalized recommendations designed to help users build practical AI skills.

We may add, change, test, suspend, or discontinue features. Some features may not be available in every country, language, browser, or device.

Educational and AI Disclaimer

The Service provides general education and information. It is not professional, legal, financial, medical, career, or other regulated advice. AI-generated content and recommendations may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances.

You are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on or applying them. Progio does not guarantee earnings, employment, business performance, skill attainment, or any other specific result. Results depend on factors including your effort, experience, circumstances, and decisions.

Accounts and Security

Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information, keep it current, protect your login credentials, and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

We may suspend or terminate access if information is false or incomplete, if these Terms are violated, or if an account creates security, legal, or operational risk.

License and Ownership

Subject to these Terms, Progio grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for lawful, non-commercial purposes.

Progio and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including its software, lessons, designs, text, graphics, trademarks, and other materials. You may not copy, modify, resell, sublicense, distribute, scrape, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service except where applicable law expressly permits.

Your Content

You may provide answers, prompts, files, feedback, and other content to the Service. You retain ownership of your content. You grant Progio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, and adapt it only as reasonably needed to operate, protect, personalize, and improve the Service.

You must have the necessary rights to submit your content. Do not submit unlawful, harmful, infringing, confidential, or sensitive information that is not required for the Service.

Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, harassment, infringement, unauthorized account sharing, interfering with the Service, bypassing security or access controls, introducing malicious code, automated scraping, or using Progio content to build a competing product without written permission.

You must not use Progio to create face swaps, deepfakes, or impersonations, including voice impersonations. You must not upload, use, or disclose another person’s likeness or personal information without the necessary consent and legal rights.

Subscriptions, Payments, and Cancellation

Subscription options may include a paid introductory period followed by recurring billing. The total due now, duration of the introductory period, renewal amount, and renewal frequency are disclosed before you confirm a purchase. Displayed checkout totals include applicable taxes unless checkout clearly states otherwise.

New web purchases are processed by Stripe, with Progio as the merchant of record. Progio handles subscription support and refund requests. Stripe securely processes payment details; Progio does not receive or store your complete payment card or wallet credentials. Existing purchases made through Paddle remain managed by Paddle as merchant of record and are governed by Paddle’s Checkout Buyer Terms and Privacy Policy.

You may cancel using the subscription-management link provided with your purchase or by contacting hello@progio.site. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period and prevents future renewal charges. It does not automatically refund a completed charge.

Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy, any payment-provider terms applicable to your purchase, and any mandatory rights under the law where you live. If a payment succeeds but access is not delivered, contact us so we can investigate and restore access or arrange an appropriate remedy.

Third-Party Services

The Service may use or link to third-party services for hosting, authentication, analytics, advertising measurement, email, payments, and AI functionality. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Progio is not responsible for third-party content or services outside our control.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Progio disclaims all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Progio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from the Service. Progio’s total liability relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Progio during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, or our obligations. The revised Terms take effect when posted unless stated otherwise. We will provide additional notice where required by law. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

General Terms

These Terms and the policies incorporated into them are the entire agreement about the Service. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our permission.
